Submitting an inquiry does not confirm service availability. Vedastik Care Solutions will contact you to understand requirements, availability, and next steps.
Quotes, equipment and payments
Adding a service or equipment category to your request does not reserve stock, dispatch an ambulance or confirm a visit. Listed prices are starting rates. The team confirms the service scope, duration, model, delivery charges, deposits and any rental collection terms in your quote. Review and accept the agreed charges before care is arranged. A payment is marked received only after the team verifies its bank reference.
Account security
Keep passwords, invitation links, visit codes and authenticator recovery codes private. Notify the care team if you believe someone has accessed your account. Employee access and public ID verification depend on the employee’s current approval status.
